Click Apply and fill in registration information. Your application will be approved automatically.

Start the Online Course

After register the program successfully, you'll be assigned the corresponding certification course, which can be found on your dashboard in Learning Center of Yealink Academy.

Yealink Certified Multicell Engineer course includes below chapters:

• Yealink Multicell System Troubleshooting

Attend Yealink Certified Multicell Engineer Test

After complete all chapters in Yealink Certified Multicell Engineer course, you can attend Yealink Certified Multicell Engineer Test, which is the last part of the course.

Every account has 3 chances. you have 120 minutes to finish the test each time. Pass line is 80% of total score.

Certification

If pass the online test successfully, you will receive an official Yealink certificate, which is valid for two years. To renew the certificate, you need to complete a renew course and pass the corresponding test. For renew course, you can apply for it under My Certificate page.
